Twin Cities Manual Therapy
What is Twin Cities Manual Therapy?
Twin Cities Manual Therapy combination of Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Positional Release and Trigger Point Therapy.
Myofascial Release (MFR) is a safe and very effective technique that gently eliminated connective tissue restriction and restores motion. With gentle pressure applied slowly stretched the tissues and helps to elongate the fascia.
Positional Release Therapy (PRT) is a therapeutic technique that helps resolve tissue dysfunction. Instead of stretching the tissues, the tissues are counterstained to rebut the effected muscles.
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle hands on approach to relieve pain and dysfunction and to improve whole body health and performance.
I will be applying soft pressure no more than the weight of a nickel, to release the restrictions in your soft tissues that surrounds your central nervous system.
Trigger Point Therapy (TRPT) is an alternative therapy, which when I put direct pressure on the points of the tissue, you may feel a local or distant discomfort. Each point is held approximately 8-12 seconds for the tissue to release.
